Jenna Gioiello (formerly Bailey) recently joined Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery’s business litigation practice. She comes to the firm after 6 years as a litigation attorney at the elite international law firm Cooley LLP, where she represented some of the world’s largest companies in high-stakes, complex litigation. Jenna is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation and a proven track record of success. Jenna’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and trust and estate litigation.
Jenna is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was named the Outstanding Graduate of her graduating class. During law school, Jenna served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Goodwin Liu at the California Supreme Court and also as an extern at the Sonoma County Superior Court. Jenna was the winner of her school’s Honors Moot Court Competition, receiving the Best Oral Advocate award, and later served on the competition’s board. Jenna obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of San Diego.
Jenna is a Sonoma County native and is excited to return to live and work in her local community. When she is not practicing law, she can be found spending time with her husband, her daughter, and her three rescue dogs.
