Sarah practices exclusively plaintiff-side litigation and has represented injured people throughout Northern California, since 2011. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation including pre-filing negotiations, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
Sarah represents only injured people and has experience handling cases dealing with wrongful death, vehicle crashes, pedestrian injury, and elder abuse matters.
Sarah is a fifth-generation Healdsburg native who is deeply passionate about vindicating the rights of injured people, especially against corporations, insurance companies, and other special interests. She feels strongly about standing up for the underdog, no matter what the context.
Sarah graduated from Humboldt State University with a degree in journalism and worked as a newspaper reporter in Oklahoma and Northern California before attending law school.
Having honed her writing skills during her work as a journalist, Sarah is especially skilled in presenting her clients’ cases in a compelling manner before the court, mediators, and opposing counsels.
Sarah is a former Vice-Chair of the Santa Rosa Community Advisory Board, a former board member of the Community Action Partnership, and previously participated in the Sonoma County Bar Association’s Law Week, where presenters visit local high schools to educate students on legal matters. She has also served on the board of the Healdsburg Future Farmer’s Country Fair, received recognition from the State Legislature for her academic performance in law school, and has been a regular contributor to SCBA Bar Journal since 2016.
