In 2023-2024 Scott won a jury verdict of $46 million for a child sex abuse victim and another jury verdict of $24.8 million for 3 child sex abuse victims. Scott has numerous seven and eight figure jury verdicts and arbitration awards in child sexual abuse, automobile crash, and a variety of other personal injury cases.
Scott has tried or arbitrated 30 cases, with 12 jury trials to verdict, in 7 different California counties.
In 2023-2024 Scott won a Daily Journal Top 10 Verdict, won a Daily Journal Attorney of the Year (“CLAY”) Award, was listed by Super Lawyers for his 6th consecutive year, was listed as the best personal injury attorney by the North Bay Bohemian, was listed in Best Lawyers in America, and won a CAOC President’s Award.

He handles cases of childhood sexual abuse, school sexual abuse, foster care sexual abuse, personal injury, wrongful death, automobile defect, product liability, auto crash, truck crash, bicycle crash, premises liability, and other cases where victims are injured by intentional and careless acts of other.
Scott has handled more than 1000 cases across California with total recovery for victims in excess of $225 million.
